My foundation does consist of goats from a commercial dairy herd that has since relocated to Wisconsin
where the owners can expand their milking business. The various breeds in my herd are Saanen, Nubian, Toggenberg, Alpine
and La Mancha. These are excellent mothers with ease of birth.
